"What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy" (Romans 9:14-16).
It is eternally settled that God will never leave you. His commitment to you is unwavering. Even if He wanted to, He couldn’t abandon you. You mean everything to Him. He gave up everything, left the ninety-nine, and came down from His throne, chasing after you when you were neck-deep in sin. God is so invested in you that He can’t walk away. No matter how grave your sin is today, He will not turn His back on you. As the Apostle Paul states, “being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6). Therefore, never let past mistakes or shortcomings prevent you from basking in God's mercy and moving forward.
Hear me! The Lord is not mad at you. He sees you as glorious. It is the enemy who casts aspersions on you. One of his most potent tools, if you let it be, is the reminder of past mistakes and failings. Paul admonishes us, saying, "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:13).
Today, the Lord wants to remind you to lay aside reminders of shortcomings, mistakes, and regrets, and press forward. When these reminders surface, either through memory or the words of others, don’t stay silent. Instead, rebuke them in Jesus' name and declare your unhindered advancement. Hebrews 7:25 assures us that Jesus "is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him since He always lives to make intercession for them."
There is only one way for you today, and it is forward. Regardless of the accusations of detractors, thoughts of self-doubt, and regrets over past errors, emulate your father Abraham, who "did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God" (Romans 4:20). God is saying, "Go forward!" No matter what the situation or circumstances look like, "MOVE!" The doors are flung open!
Have a beautiful day.

I see with the eyes of the Spirit that the doors have been flung open, and nothing can stand in my way from taking the opportunities that I see in the Spirit. I prosper. I am a winner. I am unstoppable, and the glory is the Lord's. Hallelujah!
