THE LIFE IN CHRIST: A LIFE OF UNFETTERED ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Grace Daily Devotional

12/22/2024

"...the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." (Colossians 2:2-3)

The life in Christ is a life of unfettered access to information. There is nothing you cannot know or access in Christ. There is no one  you cannot discern. The Bible declares that this ability is a byproduct of you being situated in Christ in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are domiciled.  All the wisdom and knowledge about anything is within the reach of a born-again child of God.

Now,  if there is nothing you cannot know, how can you fail? How can you be broke? How can you be stranded? Failure, poverty and confusion are all forms of darkness that stand no chance of survival in Christ. The Christian who experiences darkness, is asleep, oblivious to a consciousness that he or she ought to have and maintain. To this one, "...He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”

This is why maintaining a Christ-consciousness is super important for the believer.  Concerning Christ the Bible says, "This was the true Light that, coming into the world, enlightens every person" (John 1:9).

Nothing and no person should ever be shrouded in mystery  to man or woman  in Christ. Why? Because the Holy Ghost lives in you. John 16:13 says, "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come."

Now this isn't referring to prophets or pastors. It's referring to you. because you can ask the Holy Spirit. You ought to know what is coming over the next few months. You ought to know the people with whom you ought to associate. You ought to know how to crack any code because the life of God is in you.

Quick question :Do you think anything can catch God off guard or take Him by surprise? If you said, no, then  nothing should also be able to catch you off guard or take you by surprise .

One  witness in 1 John 2:20 says, "But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things." And the second one in 1 John 2:27 says, "But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him."

This anointing is Christ in you and so through and through, Christ in you and you in Christ, there is nothing that you should not be able to figure out.

Have a great day!

Faith-Filled Confession

As the Father has life in Himself, so has He given to me to have His life in me. I have the life of God in me now. Therefore, I have overcome the world and its distractions. I have overcome the world and its deception. I have overcome the world with its traps and snares. I am who God says I am. I have what God says I have. And I can do what God says I can do. Hallelujah!
